House rules

A few simple rules, so that your stay is pleasant for you, for the neighbours and for the guests who come after you.

• Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.
• Maximum number of guests: 6. Additional guests only with the host's written permission.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Please keep quiet after 23:00.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
• Close doors and windows when you go out.
• Switch off lights and heating when they are not needed.
• Please separate your waste following the local recycling rules.
• By law every guest, children included, must be registered with a valid ID before arrival.
