Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made directly on this website. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms follow the payment and cancellation terms of that platform.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once the online payment via Stripe is complete; you will receive a confirmation email straight away. The price includes the stay and final cleaning. The provincial tourist tax is not included: it is calculated after the pre-check-in (children under 14 are exempt) and paid separately from your guest area, with a receipt.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to 45 days before arrival, we refund the amount paid minus a deposit of 30% of the total. Within 45 days of arrival the amount is non-refundable. Please send cancellation requests by email.

Guest registration

By Italian law (art. 109 TULPS) every guest, children included, must be registered with a valid identity document. You enter the details online in your guest area before arrival; without registration access to the accommodation is not possible.

Capacity and rules

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Unregistered or additional guests are not allowed without the host's written permission. Serious breaches of the house rules, disturbing the peace or exceeding the capacity may lead to the immediate end of the stay without refund.

Damage

Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay. Any damage, breakage or missing items will be charged.
