Booking conditions:

• The booking is confirmed only after payment of the deposit or full amount, according to the conditions of the platform used.
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation policies of the booking platform apply.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Registration of all guests is required according to Italian law (copy of identity document).
• Maximum number of guests is 6 people. Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization.
• Failure to comply with house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
